My unique speaking philosophy is my V.o.i.c.e
I believe we are all messengers delivering a message and given a mandate.
It's not about what your message is, but who it helps. It's not what they hear from you that matters, but what they remember from what they hear from you and what they do with what they remember.

Here are 3 resilience practices that have transformed my life
Finding a sense of purpose
At a young age, I came to understand that there's more to life than just existing. We are told to go to school, start working, get married and make money but that's not all there is to life. If it was, then the richest people wouldn't battle with suicidal thoughts. Finding my purpose early on brought more meaning into all I do. It keeps me focused in challenging times and helps me see the bigger picture.
Developing a strong social network
Life isn't meant to be done alone. Life itself is difficult but what makes it easier and enjoyable is relationship with God and people. It's important to have people that you confide and this starts from the foundation – your family and home. If that foundation isn't there, it's advisable to look for people that can go through life with you. My experiences are majorly shaped from my strong social network starting with a loving family who have built my paradigm and made it easier for me to thrive.
Building Confidence and Optimism
A lot of people are curious about my confidence and how albinism may have affected it. I never really saw my skin as a hindrance because of the strong social network I had around me. They affirmed me and helped shaped her confidence. That's why I believe that you can control how people treat you by how you paying attention to the way you treat yourself. This awareness in addition to having an optimistic perspective about life have been my anchor even in difficult times.
Parents
From the very beginning, they taught me what it meant to love myself, love family and love people.
Through them, I saw true hospitality, learned how to live in unity and how to live confidently. My parents have been very strict from the beginning but I never doubted the love they had for me. I could see it exuded in a lot of things they did – from family dinners, family trips to family gatherings. They were involved in every aspect of my school life - they didn't miss any parents meeting, awards ceremony or special events.
My dad was away for work most of the time, but he would always make it to special events and make sure he was available during weekends to spend time with my siblings and I. They didn’t just tell us what was right, every aspect of their lives and actions reflected it. The different achievements and the credibility they had with the people around them spoke volumes. From the very beginning, they taught me what it meant to love myself, love family and love people.

Paul Ugobor
At the age of 18, I moved from Lagos Nigeria to Canada and although the great white North was nothing like Lagos, it felt like home because of my sweetest uncle, mentor and friend – Paul Ugobor.
During my stay in his lovely home, he gave me the gift of helping me grow in my walk with God. He mentored me daily on how to study the Bible and hear from God. With him, I learnt about hospitality, how to serve and remain humble. He also challenged my reading culture and pushed me to do more. And for that, I am grateful.

Myles Munroe
Staying with my Uncle exposed me to some eye-opening messages, books and ministries. Myles Munroe was one of the many people I got to learn about and learn from, through my uncle. His teachings were very pivotal to my understanding of my purpose and how to walk in it. Within a year, I watched literally all of Myles Munroe messages and read about 6 of his books. Some of my favourite ones are In pursuit of purpose, Understanding your Purpose as a Woman, Waiting and Dating, Single, Married and Life after divorce.
I got the opportunity to meet him in 2013 - a year before he passed on. This was one death that shook my core, but I’m strengthened by his legacy that lives on. Myles Munroe shaped my perspective about the kingdom and is very pivotal to who I am.

PWA
They say the people you associate with, influence you. I got to grow under the ministry of PWA while staying with my Uncle. I was blown away by PWA's leadership and depth in the word of God. I listen to the practicality of his sermons and I'm just wowed everytime - leaving each service challenged to grow.
His delivery of the word of God, was pivotal to me rededicating my life to Christ in 2014, developing a personal relationship with Him and serving in His kingdom.
While serving, PWA has mentored me on how to be an effective and high flying leader. I've learned how to influence people and get them to move towards a goal. PWA challenged me to take action in the uncertainty after seeking God's guidance.

Heather Lindsey
I started listening to Heather Lindsey in 2014 as she was pivotal to that season of my life where I was transitioning from one relationship to being single and understanding myself while walking in my purpose. She mentored me on speaking, writing books and building a diverse portfolio.
She challenged me to start my blog and also write my first book - Living a Meaningful Life. This book is a hit book and it was Heather Lindsey publishing company that help me birth that vision.
She also was pivotal to me starting my Non-Profit and I'm truly grateful for all her investment in my life.
Jumoke Adenowo
What an elegant and deep woman of God. I got to know about SJ in 2016 when I was watching a show called King’s Women - her depth in leadership and her walk with God is what drew me to her.
I kept watching her messages, reading her books and fell in love with her all over again when she wrote Beyond my dreams! This is by far one of my best books. God laid it on my heart to serve in her ministry - Awesome Treasures Foundation in 2020. Here, I got the opportunity to be mentored by her and learn a lot about leadership and how to run a non profit organization.
Funke Adejumo
Funke Adejumo came to my life at a very interesting season - where I was hungry for more growth spiritually and praying towards my future.
She taught me a lot about raising great families - praying for your husband and children. She helped me develop confidence as a woman and how I can be effective in my role as a wife and as a mother.

Fela Durotoye
I got to build my network of quality relationships and develop my project management skills by working on projects that came to his plate.
Words are too few to describe FD's impact in my life. I got to hear him speak for the first time in 2014, when he came to my church to speak about defective success. Till this day, I remember that sermon so well that I can re-preach it. God also laid it on my heart to get mentorship from FD in 2020.
Then I sought mentorship on how to be a transformational speaker and hone my voice. Getting mentored by FD, opened me up to many more opportunities. I was able to serve in different capacities for FD till date.
